Great location for us. Stayed here with 3 kids and 2 adults. Plenty of space with comfortable beds. Magnolia Ave has a ton of options for places to eat within walking distance which we enjoyed. TCU and the Fort Worth Zoo are both within 15 min. Stockyards is maybe 20 min tops. With any big city you'll encounter a variety of people but never had any issues and felt completely safe walking around with our kids. The townhouse was decorated beautifully as well and was a cool place to stay.
